Dean of the Faculty of Law University of East Sarajevo, prof. Dr. Goran Marković and senior assistant Brano Hadži Stević visited the Serbian Association for Legal and Social Philosophy on June 2, 2023. On that occasion, Dean Marković and Prof. Dr. Bojan Spaić signed an Agreement on cooperation between the Faculty and the Association. In addition, the meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Miodrag Jovanović and Prof. Dr. Goran Dajović, members of the Association and professors of the Faculty of Law in Belgrade at the Department of Theory of the State and Law, Sociology of Law and Philosophy of Law.
The agreement envisages cooperation between the Faculty and the Association for the realization of scientific research, professional-educational and other activities. Since the Serbian Association for Legal and Social Philosophy is a member of the International Association for the Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy, it was agreed that the Association will enable the participation of faculty members in the activities of the organization.
Dean Marković presented to the members of the Association the activities which the Faculty organized, and he expressed the expectation that the members of the Association will participate in this year’s scientific conference in Sarajevo, which will be organized at the end of October this year. Furthermore, members of the Association shared their experiences regarding participation in international scientific research projects. Dean Marković said that the agreement has a special significance for teachers, associates and students of the Faculty of Law University of East Sarajevo, who can deepen their knowledge of legal and social philosophy through this cooperation.
